The three Swiss market infrastructure
providers SIS Swiss Financial Services Group, SWX Group and Telekurs Group have merged to form the Swiss
Financial Market Services AG as of the beginning of 2008. The new joint undertaking is positioning
itself and its companies towards their stakeholders as an integrated Swiss market infrastructure provider
with business activities on a global scale and as an important pillar of the Swiss financial centre.
SIS SegaInterSettle AG, SIS x-clear AG, SAG SIS Aktienregister AG and SIS Systems AG act as innovative full service providers for international securities trading, clearing, settlement as well as custody and administration within the new group structure.
